Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE:GPT), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a fourth quarter 2017 dividend on the Company’s common shares in the amount of $0.375 per share, payable on January 12, 2018 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 29, 2017.
The Company’s Board also declared a fourth quarter 2017 dividend on the Company's 7.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares in the amount of $0.44531 per share, payable on December 29, 2017 to preferred shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 19, 2017.
