HilltopSecurities’ Private Client Group Welcomes Alan Lennick as West Coast Regional Director

Hilltop Securities Inc. (HTS) announced today that Alan Lennick has joined the company’s Private Client Group (PCG) in Beverly Hills, Calif., as Regional Director for the West Coast and Senior Vice President (SVP), Practice Management.

As Regional Director, Lennick will assist West Coast PCG branch managers with increasing advisor productivity and concentrate on recruiting new talent to the firm’s wealth management business. In his role as SVP, Practice Management, Lennick will support PCG and HilltopSecurities Independent Network advisors with their fee-for-advice programs and play an integral role in ensuring advisors meet the requirements of the Department of Labor’s recently adopted final rule defining fiduciary investment advice and conflicts of interest.

“Alan has a record of success and achievement throughout his career and we are proud to welcome him to our team,” said David E. Geschke, Director of Retail for HilltopSecurities and President/CEO of HilltopSecurities Independent Network. “I’m confident that he will build on the progress we’ve made in our California offices thus far. With his proven leadership abilities we are well-positioned to increase our presence on the West Coast.”

Prior to joining HilltopSecurities, Lennick served as Complex Director for Ameriprise’s Los Angeles complex. Prior to that, he managed Ameriprise branches in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and was a partner in a $2 million practice through the firm’s independent channel. Lennick began his career in the industry with American Express Financial Advisors in New York City.

“Over the last decade, the trajectory of my career has been driven by my vision to be an integral part of a firm that provides each and every client with high quality advice, service and an all-around superior financial services experience,” said Lennick. “HilltopSecurities has a dedication to its clients and advisors—both PCG and Independent—that truly aligns with this vision. We do everything we can to see our clients succeed, and a huge part of that is developing long-term relationships with our advisors centered on continuous professional development and support from leadership.”

Vermilion Compass: Weekly Equity Strategy

Treasury Yields Reversing Higher Our outlook remains neutral and we continue to expect the 4165-4200 level to cap upside on the S&P 500. With that said, there has yet to be any meaningful deterioration, and a move up to test the August 2022 highs in the 4300-4325 range is not out of the question. Treasury yields are starting to reverse above multi-month downtrends, and we are monitoring for simil...
