J. Stanley Mathis Joins HilltopSecurities Independent Network in Austin, Texas

Hilltop Securities Independent Network Inc. announced today that Austin, Texas-based financial advisor J. Stanley Mathis has joined the firm’s national network of independent wealth management professionals.

Mr. Mathis has more than three decades of financial services experience, most recently with LPL Financial where he served clients for eight years. Prior to joining LPL, he also served with First Southwest Company and Raymond James. In addition to his role as a financial advisor, Mr. Mathis also has experience as a municipal trader and a principal during his career.

Mr. Mathis is a 1976 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has lived in the area for more than 25 years.
