On September 7th, 2017, the termination of the BullMark LatAm Select Leaders ETF (the "ETF") was initially announced. Today, the manager is providing more details about the closing of the ETF. Effective at the close of business on October 13, 2017 (the "Termination Date"), the ETF will terminate. Details of the ETF are as follows.

October 13, 2017, is expected to be the last date that APs may create and redeem units in BMLA. At the request of the manager, the ETF is expected to be de-listed from Nasdaq at the close of business on or about October 13, 2017, with all units still held by investors being subject to a mandatory redemption as of the Termination Date.

Any remaining unitholders of the ETF as of the Termination Date will receive the net proceeds from the liquidation of the assets, less all liabilities and all expenses incurred in connection with the dissolution of the ETF, on a pro-rata basis.
