ICMI’s Contact Center Expo Unveils Contact Center Tours at Four Innovative Contact Centers in Orlando

, taking place October 24-27 at the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate in Orlando, Florida, today announces four at innovative contact centers in Orlando.

The contact center tours include:
