Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy Opens Enrollment for 2017-18 School Year

Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy (OVCA), an online public charter school authorized by the Statewide Virtual Charter School Board, is now accepting enrollment applications for the 2017-18 school year. OVCA is open to students throughout the state in kindergarten through 12th grade.

OVCA offers online instruction, hands-on curriculum and the support of state-licensed teachers to cultivate an individualized education for each student. The school’s rigorous and engaging curriculum includes courses in English/language arts, math, science, history, world languages, art and music, as well as numerous elective and Advanced Placement® courses for high school students.

College- or career-minded students can choose from a broad range of profession-focused courses in order to gain a competitive edge for the future, discover their path after high school or explore a possible college major. High school students can also earn college credits with concurrent enrollment through in-person or online courses at colleges and universities throughout the state.

During the enrollment period, OVCA will be conducting online and in-person information sessions throughout the state.
