Kering (Paris:KER) annonce que Kering Eyewear, filiale de Kering, et la Maison Cartier, détenue par Compagnie Financière Richemont, ont finalisé leur accord stratégique pour développer la catégorie Eyewear, selon les termes annoncés le 21 mars 2017.
