Ladder Announces the Resignation of Howard Park from Board of Directors

Ladder Capital Corp (“Ladder” or the “Company”) (NYSE:LADR) today announced that Howard Park of GI Partners has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective May 9, 2017.

Mr. Park commented, “GI Partners is proud to have been a part of Ladder’s founding now nearly nine years ago. GI Partners, a private investment firm managing $14 billion in capital commitments across private equity and real estate strategies, has been an investor in Ladder since the Company’s inception in October 2008.
