ModusLink Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of ModusLink Global Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: MLNK), a global, omni-channel technology and fulfillment provider, announced today that Anima Connected, a Swedish technology company specializing in smart, purposefully designed, connected products, has chosen ModusLink to provide fulfillment and e-commerce related services for its Kronaby smartwatch brand.
Kronaby is a contemporary connected watch brand that combines world leading engineering with state-of-the-art Scandinavian design and Swiss watchmaking tradition to create a new generation of watches. The first Kronaby collection consists of four classic models: Apex, Sekel, Nord and Carat.

ModusLink is responsible for a wide range of global B2C and B2B fulfillment and e-commerce activities, including kitting, assembly, procurement, payments, financial management services and contact center as the Kronaby smartwatch brand launches to prominence in early 2017. Fulfillment activities are handled at ModusLink’s facility in Venray, Netherlands, while e-commerce initiatives centered on transaction management are based at ModusLink’s Apeldoorn, Netherlands facility. As a next phase, ModusLink will support B2C fulfillment in USA.
