One Madison Corporation Announces the Separate Trading of its Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants, Commencing February 26, 2018

One Madison Corporation (NYSE:OMAD.U) (the “Company”) announced that, commencing February 26, 2018, holders of the units sold in the Company’s initial public offering of 30,000,000 units completed on January 22, 2018 may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units. The Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols “OMAD” and “OMAD WS,” respectively. Units that are not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “OMAD.U.”
