Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE:PAC)(BMV:GAP) (the “Company” or “GAP”) announces that today it has made a capital stock reduction payment for Ps. 3.33 (THREE PESOS AND THIRTY THREE CENTS) per outstanding share representing the Company’s shareholder equity, to the institution S.D. INDEVAL, S.A. de C.V. for distribution to shareholders according to the record date of May 5, 2017. The capital reduction was approved at the General Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 25, 2017.
The payment of the capital reduction is equal to Ps. 1,750,166,571.51(ONE BILLION SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE PESOS 51/100 M.N.).
