Piper Jaffray Companies (NYSE: PJC), a leading investment bank and asset management firm, today announced the addition of Amy Hayman as a managing director in its public finance group. She will be based in the firm’s Chicago office, and will be focused on clients in the healthcare and senior living sector.
Hayman brings more than 27 years of banking experience to Piper Jaffray, having completed more than 100 transactions totaling over $3 billion in par value. She joins the firm from Cain Brothers, where she served as a managing director and member of its president advisory council. Before joining Cain Brothers, Hayman was a vice president at B.C. Ziegler and Company, specializing in senior living finance. Prior to that, she spent seven years in corporate banking. From 2004 to 2015, she served as a member of the financial advisory panel for CARF/CCAC.
