Today, the Board of Directors of Rémy Cointreau SA (Paris:RCO) appointed Marc Hériard Dubreuil as Chairman of the Board of Directors, as of October 1, 2017.

He succeeds François Hériard Dubreuil, who has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Audit-Finance Committee.

Marc Hériard Dubreuil is a graduate of ESSEC business school, and started his professional career with General Foods and Leroy Somer. Since 1984, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Andromède, the holding company of Rémy Cointreau and Oeneo. Over these years, he has held various mandates, alternating with Mrs. Dominique Hériard Dubreuil and Mr. François Hériard Dubreuil : He has been Chairman of Rémy Martin and Rémy & Associés, then Chief Executive Officer of Rémy Cointreau from 1990 to 2000. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oeneo SA from 2004 to 2014, and then as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oeneo SA from November 2014 to October 2016.
