As Chief Financial Officer, Herb Mueller is responsible for all financial aspects of RGP's operations, including financial reporting and investor relations. Herb joined RGP in 2012 and held various leadership positions in the Company’s Atlanta practice. He has led significant growth in the region, focusing on consulting opportunities in finance and accounting, information management and internal audit.
Prior to joining RGP, Herb served as a CFO for both public and private companies in the service and manufacturing industries. He has had direct responsibility for finance & accounting, information technology, supply chain, human resources, mergers & acquisitions, and customer service. Herb has a first-hand understanding of the issues that today's executives face in a difficult business environment and has utilized his broad experience base and business acumen to deliver solutions to clients.
Herb studied nuclear and industrial engineering at Georgia Tech and later received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Columbus State University. He earned his CPA certification in 1994.
Timothy O'Rourke
Senior Vice President
With years of experience managing teams and running successful corporate operations, Tim O'Rourke puts his expertise to work serving as senior vice president of RGP's East Region, which encompasses the Eastern United States and Toronto (Canada). In this role, Tim oversees the operations for the region, focusing on building strong teams and creating business strategies for sustainable growth. He is also a member of the Global Leadership Team, responsible for shaping the future of the Company. Tim joined RGP in 2003.
Prior to joining RGP, Tim held several senior level financial positions, including CFO of Chicago Pneumatic, a division of Atlas Copco, an international manufacturer of industrial equipment, and CFO of a software technology company. Tim started his career in public accounting and was a senior auditor with Deloitte & Touche and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Pace University.
