David B. Duclos Elected to RLI Board of Directors

RLI Corp. (NYSE: RLI) – RLI Corp. announced today that David B. Duclos has been elected to its board of directors, effective May 4, 2017, for a term expiring at RLI’s next shareholders’ meeting in May 2018, at which time he will stand for re-election.

Duclos is a retired Chief Executive Officer of QBE North America, a division of QBE Group, and currently serves as an advisor and non-executive director for QBE Group. Duclos has 38 years of insurance industry experience, and has held leadership positions at XL Group, Kemper Insurance Company and CIGNA Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Illinois University.

RLI Increases Regular Dividend for 50th Consecutive Year

PEORIA, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RLI Corp. (NYSE: RLI) announced today its Board of Directors has declared a first quarter regular cash dividend of $0.15 per share, a 3.4% increase over the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on March 20, 2025, to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2025. RLI has increased dividends in each of the last 50 years. The company’s dividend yield would be 0.80% based on the $0.60 indicated annual dividend and yesterday’s closing stock price of $74.63. “We are proud to announce our 50th consecutive year of increasing shareholder dividends,” said RLI Corp....
