Canada’s newest exclusively-smart beta ETF provider, Sphere Investments, has selected State Street (NYSE: STT) as its custodian of record for its new series of funds. In April 2016, Sphere Investments and State Street launched four new Sustainable Yield ETF products on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Today they launched the final ETF in the Sustainable Yield suite, Sphere FTSE Emerging Markets Sustainable Yield Index ETF (SHZ). SHZ is the only currency hedged, smart beta Emerging Markets ETF in Canada.
