Sequential Technology International (STI), a leader in the customer care and customer experience business process outsourcing space, announced today that it has closed its transformational transaction to acquire a portion of the activation assets of Synchronoss Technologies, (NASDAQ:SNCR), and has now expanded the scope and scale of its operations to include customer care and customer experience business process outsourcing solutions through its nine on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore operations centers. The company also announced that the global headquarters of STI is in Warren, New Jersey.
