Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC), a leading civil, building and specialty construction company, today announced that its subsidiary, Tutor Perini Building Corp., was recently awarded a contract by Caruso to construct Palisades Village. Palisades Village, a walkable gathering place, will serve as a centerpiece within the community with curated shopping, dining and lifestyle offerings located near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Swarthmore Avenue in Pacific Palisades, California. The contract value will be included in the Company’s reported second quarter 2017 backlog.

The project scope of work includes construction of five new buildings comprised of retail and restaurant uses, a theater, eight apartments and a specialty grocery store. Construction has begun and substantial completion is expected in summer of 2018. Gensler is the project architect.
