Valvoline Inc. to Report Financial Results for Second Quarter of Fiscal 2017 After NYSE Closes on April 25 and Host Webcast at 8 a.m. ET on April 26

Valvoline Inc. (NYSE: VVV) today said it plans to report financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2017 after the New York Stock Exchange closes on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, and to host a live audio webcast with analysts and investors the following morning at 8 a.m. ET.

The webcast and slide presentation will be available on the company’s Investor Relations website at http://investors.valvoline.com/. Shortly after the call concludes, a replay of the webcast will be available on this same website.
