WGL Holdings, Inc. to Webcast Fourth Quarter Fiscal Year 2016 Earnings Conference Call

WGL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:WGL) today announced that it will hold a live Internet webcast of its fourth quarter fiscal year 2016 earnings conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, November 17, 2016. Terry D. McCallister, chairman and chief executive officer; Adrian P. Chapman, president and chief operating officer; and Vincent L. Ammann, Jr., senior vice president and chief financial officer, will discuss the company's fourth quarter financial results for fiscal year 2016 and its fiscal year 2017 guidance.

WGL will issue a press release disclosing the company's fourth quarter results after the market closes on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. To access this earnings statement, click on "News Center" on the WGL Holdings website, www.wglholdings.com.

The webcast will be available to the public via a link on the WGL Holdings website. To hear the broadcast, click on "Investor Relations" then "Events & Webcasts."
