Xerox Declares Dividend on Common and Preferred Stock

Xerox's (NYSE:XRX) board of directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 7.75 cents per share on Xerox common stock. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2017 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2016.

The board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $20 per share on Xerox Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on January 1, 2017 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2016.
