Synthèse conjoncturelle : la victoire d'Emmanuel Macron dope les marchés d'actions et l'euro, record de postes vacants en Allemagne
L'issue de l’élection présidentielle française, bien qu'anticipée, a déclenché une deuxième vague de recul des valeurs-refuges. A l'inverse, les marchés actions de la zone euro ont rebondi dans la foulée du CAC 40. La levée des craintes pour l’Union monétaire, conjuguée aux doutes grandissants sur la politique américaine, a porté l’euro au plus haut depuis novembre.
La divergence des politiques monétaires américaines et européennes devrait toutefois primer ces prochains mois. Selon la Fed une nouvelle hausse de ses taux directeurs en juin est très probable, tandis que pour la BCE la sous‑utilisation des capacités productives reste préoccupante. Le cas de l'Allemagne, où le nombre de postes vacants atteint un record absolu, pourrait poser un problème politique.
