Synthèse conjoncturelle du 18 au 23 janvier 2018 : L’indice boursier mondial en dollar a déjà bondi de 6% depuis le début de l'année
Chaque semaine, une analyse synthétique des faits et chiffres marquants de la conjoncture économique et financière mondiale + un tableau de bord des indicateurs à ne pas manquer. A noter cette semaine :
- La révision à la hausse par le FMI de sa prévision de croissance mondiale pour 2018 et 2019 consacre un début d’année en fanfare sur les marchés et dans les indicateurs d’activité mondiaux.
- L’indice boursier mondial en dollar a bondi de 6% depuis le début de l’année, un bond qui inclut tant les places des pays développés que celles des pays émergents, l'indicateur de risque de ces dernières (EMBI+) avoisinant son plus bas depuis 3 ans. Les exportations mondiales (54 pays) progressent de 12% sur un an. Enfin, le rebond de la production d'aluminium reflète la phase très favorable du cycle industriel mondial.
- Si les anticipations d’activité restent au beau fixe, un changement de contexte s’est profilé dans les anticipations de prix et quelques signaux faibles d’un redressement graduel des prix sont apparus.
