(Alectra or the Company) at "A" and its Commercial Paper (CP) rating at R-1 (low). All trends are Stable. The confirmations are based on the stable nature of Alectra's regulated electricity distribution operations in Ontario. The Stable trends reflect the Company's key credit metrics that, despite some weakness in 2020, remain in line with the current rating category.
