The Senior Unsecured Debentures and Notes (the Senior Notes) issued by BEP ULC, the Class A Preference Shares (the Preferred Shares) issued by BEP Equity, and the Subordinated Notes issued by BRPHC are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed byBEP.
