After seeing seven of its loans transfer to special servicing in April, which we highlighted in last week's Chronicle, the privately-held Pyramid Companies (Pyramid), which owns and operates 16 malls totaling 17.8 million sf in the northeast United States, is now contemplating a bankruptcy filing, the Rockland County Business Journal (RCBJ) reports.
