The Company services the new home construction, home renovation and industrial markets by supplying the retail and wholesale lumber and building materials industry, hardware stores, industrial and furniture manufacturers similar concerns. It also operates approximately seven wood preservation plants that produce wood products. Through its distribution warehouses, it provides a range of building products to dealer/lumberyard and home improvement centers. It carries a line of structural, exterior, interior and specialty products. Its CanWel Building Solutions offer design services. Builders and homeowners use the Company's products primarily in new construction, repair and remodeling.
