Dutch Property Finance 2021-2 B.V. is a bankruptcy-remote special-purpose vehicle incorporated in the Netherlands. The Issuer will use the issued notes to fund the purchase of Dutch mortgage receivables originated or acquired by RNHB B.V. (RNHB or the Seller). The Issuer will use proceeds from the Class F notes to fund the general reserve fund.
