DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) released an updated Transaction Summary report that provides details on SURE Trust, Senior Short-Term Notes, Series 2015-1, Transaction 67 and STABLE Trust, Senior Short-Term Notes, Series 2018-1, Transaction 67, which are secured by a portfolio of (1) floating- and fixed-rate conventional first-lien residential mortgages originated by a large mortgage finance company operating in Canada and (2) National Housing Act Mortgage-Backed Securities issued by the same. The update reflects an increase to the required cash reserve amount to address payment deferrals and provide additional support to the transaction.
