It provides services in the fields of diagnostic imaging, teleradiology and outsourcing, as well as information technology (IT) systems for hospitals and diagnostic centers. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated two subsidiaries, 95.24%-owned Alteris SA and wholly owned CDO Sp. z o.o. On November 7, 2012, the Company sold its entire stake in Centrum Diagnostyki i Terapii Onkologicznej Sp. z o.o.
