Ist Poland-wide network comprises >5,200 km of optical fibers.Hawe SA is a Poland-based holding company that offers telecommunications services and engineering. The Company is engaged in the construction of telecommunication and electrical power networks, as well as in the optic fiber leasing, data transmission services and telecommunication equipment distribution. Hawe is also active as a telecommunication provider for corporate customers, offering Internet, voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP technology) and Internet protocol television (IPTV). Among the Company's customers are: Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa Sp z o o, ATM SA, Multimedia Polska SA, UPC Polska Sp z o o, Aero Sp z o o, Polkomtel SA and and TK Telekom Sp z o o, among others. The Company operates through three subsidiaries, Hawe Telekom Sp z o o, Hawe Budownictwo Sp z o o and Mediatel SA, which was acquired in September 2013. It filled bankruptcy with possibility of creditors' agreement motion to court in Warsaw.
