Voxel is a leading Polish provider of diagnostic imaging services, radoopharmaceuticals, medical equipment and IT solutions.Voxel SA is a Poland-based company active in the healthcare sector. It provides services in the fields of diagnostic imaging, teleradiology and outsourcing, as well as information technology (IT) systems for hospitals and diagnostic centers. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated two subsidiaries, 95.24%-owned Alteris SA and wholly owned CDO Sp. z o.o. On November 7, 2012, the Company sold its entire stake in Centrum Diagnostyki i Terapii Onkologicznej Sp. z o.o.
