Update: Commissioning of lead-silver circuit commences
Arian has announced that it has completed the mechanical construction of the lead-silver circuit at San José and has begun the staged commissioning of its processing plant with a view to producing first concentrate this month. Among other items, the water storage facility has been completed, the plant has been connected to the grid and a 30,000t run of mine stockpile built up. With over 100 personnel on site, the tailings dam is also nearing completion and construction of the secondary zinc circuit is expected to be completed next month. Having successfully overcome one of the two largest risks facing junior mining companies in October (ie financing), the announcement brings Arian within sight of surmounting the other major risk (achieving nameplate production).Arian Silver is engaged in silver exploration, development and production with a focus on mineral resource properties located in Zacatecas State, Mexico.
