Covata - New customer wins

Covata recently signed up two new customers and signed an additional contract with an existing CipherPoint customer. After a busy quarter for product development, the company is moving closer to the beta launch of its data security platform (DSP).

Covata has raised A$1.5m from a share placement and is also targeting a raise of up to A$1.8m from an ongoing entitlement offer. The company intends to use the proceeds to strengthen its sales and technical resources in Europe, for product development and for general working capital. The recently acquired dataglobal data classification technology should be available to use in Covata solutions from Q119.

Basilea Pharmaceutica - Cresemba milestone payments continue to roll in

Basilea Pharmaceutica has announced the triggering of a US$1.25m milestone payment from Pfizer, triggered by sustained strong sales of Cresemba in the Asia-Pacific region and China. This is the second FY24 milestone payment for the region and is incremental to the payment received in March.
