easyHotel is a leading “super-budget†hotel operator, taking the concept of budget hotel accommodation one step further than established budget brands. Ignoring a flat hotel market, H116 like-for-like sales are up 8%. The management team of Guy Parsons (ex-Travelodge CEO), appointed August 2015, is making itself felt with a defined pipeline that should see the number of managed rooms double over the next two years. The valuation reflects a growing assurance of shareholder returns that should follow.EasyHotel is an international owner, developer, operator and franchisor of easyHotel branded hotels. Co. has two main reportable segments: owned properties, which is involved in hotel operations carried out in its's owned hotels and properties; and franchising, which involves its franchised hotel operations, in connection with the license of its brand name. As of Sept 30 2017, Co. had an estate of 26 hotels.
