GeoOp (GEO) provides cloud-based solutions for small, medium-sized and enterprise businesses to manage their mobile workforce. From face-to-face sales, quoting, scheduling, documenting, invoicing and payments, GEO manages workflow of geographically distributed field workers. Native on iOS, Android and Windows, it caters for large enterprise bases as well as SMEs. GEO reported that licensed users grew 9.9% over the last six months to 23,317. Following the acquisition of InterfaceIT, a sales management tool, GEO has combined pro-forma revenues of NZ$4.576m and ~25K licensed users. The company has offices in Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne and customers in over 30 countries.

GeoOp (GEO.NZX) is a workforce productivity company that offers complete job management to businesses worldwide. For the quarter to June 2015, GEO reported 67% q-o-q growth in users to 19,000 licenced users operating in 35 countries. Its monthly annualised revenues reached NZ$1.4m at June 30 2015. GEO announced in late August that it had secured NZ$2.4m at NZ$0.48/share in additional funding via a share placement with strategic investors based offshore. The placement will be followed by a share purchase plan to its existing 1,500 shareholders at the same issue price.

discoverIE Group - FY24 EPS in line; good margin progress

discoverIE anticipates reporting FY24 underlying EPS in line with board expectations. After a period in mid-FY24 of working down inventory, customers appear to be reverting to normal ordering patterns, with Q424 organic revenue growth of 2% y-o-y and 11% q-o-q and a strong pipeline of design wins at year-end. We have revised our forecasts to reflect lower revenue, partly due to a disposal, but maintain our profit forecasts, which results in operating margin expansion in FY24 and FY25.
