QuickView: Start-up losses hiding an e-commerce winner
Integer has excellent exposure to fast-growing e-commerce markets via both its traditional Polish postal business, InPost, and its international automated parcel locker operation, easyPack. The group is currently loss-making after significant investment and start-up losses at easyPack. At this stage of development, we believe concerns over the losses should be considered in relation to the scale of the opportunity and growth in lockers and parcel flow. We feel investor sentiment will improve as the business increases utilisation and moves towards its 2016 break-even target.
