MyBucks - Business restructuring in progress

MyBucks (MBC) recently announced the successful completion of its debt recapitalisation process, restoring a positive equity position at the holding level (cÂ â‚¬18m pro forma). This was accompanied by a number of operational improvement measures and the disposal of selected businesses and assets. As most of the above initiatives (including the debt recapitalisation) were concluded post reporting date, they are not reflected in MBCâ€™s FY19 results. MyBucks will now focus solely on developing its banking operations in five African countries and the lending business in Botswana.

Games Workshop Group’s (GAW’s) H125 trading update suggests the company enjoyed a strong Q225 in both its core business (due to the launch of the fourth edition of Age of Sigmar midway through Q125) and licensing (due to the success of the Space Marine 2 video game). Altron reported a 105% y-o-y increase in operating profit before capital items in H125, with margin expansion of 5.1pp to 9.8%.
