OCN’s international investment portfolio provides a balance to WSON and is run with a long-term approach. OCN's shares trade at a significant discount to a look-through valuation and offer a yield of 4.6%.Oceanus Resources is a gold exploration company operating in Mexico. Co. is managed by a team of mine finders with experience in the exploration and development of hydrothermal gold projects in Mexico. Co. is focused on the El Tigre Property located in Sonora, Mexico in which Co. owns 100% of nine mining concessions for a total of 215 sq. km.
