Prescient acquired two promising cancer compounds that target major tumour survival pathways in 2014. The most advanced compound, PTX-200 (previously TCN-P), is in US government-funded Phase Ib/II trials in breast and ovarian cancers; interim data from the breast cancer study are expected to report in H215. Three additional Phase Ib/II trials are scheduled to commence in H115, subject to funding.
