Co. has four divisions: Access and Safety, which is a supplier of fall arrest systems and safety testing services; Electrical Services, which provides lightning protection, surge protection, specialist earthing and electrical testing; Building Access Specialists, which provides cleaning and refurbishment work; and Fire Solutions, which provides service for a range of fire prevention and suppression systems.

FY18 results met market expectations but PTSGâ€™s share price performance over the last six months has been weak, in contrast with rising earnings estimates over this period. Acquisitions have been a good fit in our view and with a prospective net debt:EBITDA below 1x we still consider the companyâ€™s financial position to be set conservatively. A PEG of c 0.7x and FY19 P/E of 7.2x provide a gauge of the weakness of sentiment for PTSG, which we expect to deliver a double-digit three-year earnings CAGR.

Premier Technical Services - Trinity acquisition enhances earnings by c 10 percent

PTSG has announced the acquisition of Trinity Fire and Security Systems along with a brief trading update noting that FY18 ended in line with management expectations. Trinity brings in a scale presence in electrical/ electronic systems, while its expertise complements PTSGâ€™s existing Fire Solutions capabilities and expands the combined service offer. We have increased our earnings estimates by cÂ 10% and, on this basis, the stock is trading on FY19 multiples of 11.3x P/E and 8.7x EV/EBITDA.

AGBA - A transformational deal

On 18 April, AGBA announced a surprise deal to acquire 100% of Triller Corp, a global AI-driven social video platform, in an all-stock transaction. Triller is privately-owned but has been independently valued at US$3.2bn. Norcros’s disposal of Johnson Tiles is the latest strategic activity taken by management to better allocate capital to fit with priorities. Last year it closed its UK adhesives operation. Norcros has a compelling investment case, where its new product development initiatives, market positioning and self-help initiatives allow it to take market share in both the UK and South Africa. Its rating is low at 6.0x FY24e P/E, which is attractive, especially when compared to its yield of 5.4% on its well-covered dividend. We retain our estimates and value the shares at 246p, implying c 30% upside.
