Sunesis is a pharmaceutical company developing small molecule oncology drugs. The company is also developing SNS-510, a phosphoinositide-dependent kinase-1 inhibitor licensed from Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited.
