TXT e-solutions - Focused on accelerated growth

TXT e-solutions reported 15% year-on-year organic revenue growth for Q321, further boosted by contributions from recent acquisitions HSPI (+21%) and TeraTron (+11%). EBITDA increased 49% over the same period with a small increase in margin to 13.4%. While the pandemic has reduced demand for certain products and services, TXT has managed to expand into other areas organically and via acquisition to win new business (eg sustainable transport, defence, fintech). Diversification, combined with early signs of recovery from TXT’s civil aviation and financial services customers, positions the company well to grow this year and next.

The Company structures its business into two main segments: TXT Perform and TXT Next. In the TXT Perform segment, it designs and develops software and IT solutions for fashion and luxury, specialty retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and discrete manufacturing sector. Through the TXT Next segment, the Company offers system integration and IT services to such sector as aerospace and defense, high-tech manufacturing, and banking and finance. It operates through subsidiaries: TXT e-solutions Ltd, the United Kingdom; TXT e-solutions GmbH, Germany; TXT e-solutions SL, Spain; TXT e-solutions Sarl, France; Maple Lake Ltd, Canada and Maple Lake Australia Pty Ltd, Australia amd PACE Aerospace Engineering and Information Technology GmbH.

Greggs - More challenging environment in H224

Greggs has reported that FY24 profit is in line with management’s expectation despite the more challenging environment and slowing sales growth through H224. The more challenging market means that management is more cautious about the outlook for H125 than previously.
