Investment – organic and inorganic – is a key theme of Volution’s H117 results, contributing to healthy y-o-y growth. Volution has the financial capacity to continue this strategy and, in more mixed market conditions, acquisitions may be more significant drivers for premium earnings growth.Volution Group has two business segments: Ventilation Group and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) (Torin-Sifan Limited (Torin-Sifan)). The Ventilation Group segment primarily supplies ventilation products for residential and commercial construction applications in the U.K., the Nordics and Central Europe. The OEM (Torin-Sifan) segment designs and manufactures alternating current and electronically commutated motors, motorized impellers, fans and blowers for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry and is a supplier to the residential and commercial HVAC manufacturing markets.
