YOC - VIS.X strategy driving momentum in FY22
YOC’s FY21 preliminary results were at the top end of December guidance, which was an uplift from the guidance it gave with its H121 results. VIS.X, its programmatic advertising platform, continues to be the primary growth driver, contributing to both the doubling of the group’s trading volume and margin expansion throughout FY21. YOC benefited from a strong Q421, which is typically its strongest quarter due to seasonal effects. Its balance sheet strengthened throughout the year and we anticipate robust free cash flow should support its transition into a positive equity position in FY22.Yoc AG is a Germany-based service provider active in the field of mobile media. The Company offers technology-based services, such as mobile marketing, digital advertising and online media services. It is focused on one core segment, namely Mobile Advertising. The Mobile Advertising segment is engaged in marketing of mobile Internet portals and applications of media companies, publishing groups and portal operations. It includes establishing private marketplaces, with aim to position the companies in the programmatic trading segments, and Programmatic Data Targeting for data-based addressing of target groups by advertisers. The Company is active in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, the United Kingdom and Poland, among others.
