Update: Connecting in the Americas
YPB Group has secured a three-year contract to provide its invisible supply chain authentication solution to a major US casual footwear brand, with its tracer technology set to be incorporated in 70% of the brand’s entire production. The contract, believed to be with Crocs, is the second major transaction secured by YPB in the Americas this quarter. It follows further support for YPB’s product in China with Beijing Sandun Card Technology choosing YPB’s anti-counterfeit technology for security passes for the People’s Procuratorate of Beijing Municipality. Our DCF valuation is A$0.44/share, having incorporated the recently completed A$7.8m capital raise.YPB Group Limited offers brand protection and anti-counterfeiting solutions to protect, detect, and connect brands and consumers. The principal activity of the Company is selling, marketing and developing anti-counterfeiting, product authentication and consumer engagement solutions to brand owners across the globe. Its segments include Covert Forensic Products, Digital Solutions and Print Solutions. The Covert Forensic Products are hidden, invisible particles fused into a product or packaging during or after the manufacturing process. The Digital Solutions is an application-based platform designed for governments, brands and consumers to identify, manage, track and report counterfeit or diverted products within supply chains or at point-of sale. The Print Solutions segment is engaged in the provision of anti-counterfeiting solutions to brands and resellers in packaging and labelling. It operates in Australia, People's Republic of China and Hong Kong, Thailand and the United States.
