PRESS RELEASE Hamburg, 27 April 2023 Deminor strengthens its litigation funding activities in Germany with new hire Tim Willing Deminor, one of the world's top 10 litigation funders, is further strengthening its presence in Germany. With the appointment of Tim Willing as Senior Legal Counsel, an experienced litigator joins the established German team consisting of Dr. Malte Stübinger (General Counsel Germany), Patrick Rode (Senior Legal Counsel) and Jasna Jarmuschke (Legal Counsel). Deminor specialises in complex commercial disputes, investment recovery cases and antitrust actions. Tim Willing adds additional experience and expertise in all these areas to the team, especially in the field of cartel damages claims. With him, Deminor further strengthens its leading position in the German litigation funding market. Tim Willing was admitted to the German Bar in 2018. Before joining Deminor, he was a Senior Associate with the specialized litigation law firm Quinn Emmanuel, where his practice focused on advising companies in various antitrust litigation as well as complex investment recovery cases. Tim Willing studied law at Westfaelische Wilhelms-University in Muenster (Germany), the San Diego State University, USA, and the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He then completed his clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg. "I am excited to be joining and supporting Deminor as fast-growing and at the same time strongly value-oriented firm.
