• Experienced sustainability management consultant strengthens strategic adjustment towards sustainability & ESG consulting services

Cologne, 27 October 2022 – IR.on AG, a leading German investor relations and financial communications consultancy, has a new member of the Supervisory Board. Anne Pattberg, independent consultant with more than two decades of experience in the field of sustainability & ESG, has been elected by the Annual General Meeting at the end of September 2022. She replaces Markus Sellmann, partner at auditing firm Sauerland Rybka und Partner, Cologne, who is stepping down after more than twenty years in office. Prof. Dr. Friedrich Graf von Westphalen, acting Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Supervisory Board member Christof Schramm were re-elected.
