Fifth Status Report Available

The administrator has provided his fifth status report on the progress of Wirecard AG's insolvency proceedings (FN 1542 IN 1308/20).  The report spans the period from 1 December 2022 until 31 May 2023 and is available in German (an English-language convenience translation will become available within a few weeks).  New German-language status reports are further available for Wirecard Technologies GmbH (FN 1542 IN 1352/20) and for Wirecard Sales International Holding GmbH (FN 1542 IN 1353/20) (English-language summaries of all three reports will become available within a few weeks).

Noteholders are invited to request the report from the common representative upon delivery of up-to-date evidence of holdings.  Please direct any requests by email to .  The evidence, e.g. a statement of holdings from the custodian or a screenshot of the security account, needs to show (i) the name of the requesting holder, (ii) the date, and (iii) the amount of notes held on the respective account.

Please note that the reports may contain information whose use and/or disclosure may be regulated and/or restricted as MNPI within the meaning of Art. 14 of the regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) or other applicable laws.  The common representative will not assess whether or not the reports in fact contain any such information or sweep the reports from (potential) such information.
