Mangrove LuxCo III S.à r.l. is organizing this Investor Day to give you the opportunity to meet some of the key management team, which will inform you about market situation and trends, as well as current initiatives. Mangrove LuxCo III S.à r.l. will also discuss the bondholder quarterly reports for Q3 2023 and the results of operations of Mangrove LuxCo III S.à r.l. and its subsidiaries (the “Mangrove Group”) in respect of such period. An informal get-together with refreshments and snacks concludes the Investor Day, which will then end around 4:00 pm.
